High Performance Insulating Armor for High Noise Immunity for NPTR3 Antennas

Our armor protectors are designed to increase antenna performance, increasing reflector gain, in the direction of the main lobe, between 1 and 2 dB, and reducing interference of the side and back lobes, thus improving the front-back relationship.

The flat radome is made of dielectric material with low permittivity, designed to reduce as much as possible the losses due to the deflection of the main beam of the antenna, and as a result of the energy absorbed and reflected by the radome material itself.

The armor-radome assembly helps reduce the wind load on the antenna and the tower structure; It also prevents the accumulation of ice on the feeder and protects against adverse environmental effects caused by rain and hail.
